What do you like best about ComplyScore by Atlas Systems?

I had the pleasure of partnering with ComplyScore on their TPRM managed services during my time at my previous company. They were highly responsive, adaptable to our evolving processes and requirements, and consistently supported us in navigating the ever-present challenges of third-party risk. At the time, few companies were willing to use our internal tools to deliver their services, but ComplyScore ame through. ComplyScore proved to be a trusted partner at every step, making collaboration seamless and effective. Their security analysts were knowledgeable, flexible, and delivered exceptional services that consistently exceeded our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ComplyScore by Atlas Systems?

This is not feedback for ComplyScore specifically. As with any managed service, having comprehensive and detailed documentation before engagement is essential. Not only does it ensure a smoother transition, but it also minimizes friction and disruptions, particularly during staff turnover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ComplyScore by Atlas Systems?

When we initially started conducting third-party vendor due diligence as part of compliance, the team was very helpful in explaining the workflow and how we could complete the process on time. The report provided as part of the security assessment was useful for meeting client and audit requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ComplyScore by Atlas Systems?

The system could be a bit tricky to use, especially since the interface didn’t feel very friendly. We noticed that the follow-up communications from the security assessment team to our customers weren’t as effective. So, we decided to step in and handle all the follow-ups ourselves. Looking ahead, we realized that the security assessment reports failed to reference the correct documents and were often reused from previous reports, resulting in a lack of customization for each vendor as part of the security assessment.
