Whilst the screening tool is one of the bests out there in respect to its coverage, the transaction monitoring tool is continuing to develop to be on par as a system. Comply Advantage was able to come-up with an easy to use and bright interface that anyone in the industry or learning about the AML industry can easily grasp and understand. The snappiness of the menus and the straightforward results which will help you identify your matches quickly is an amazing feature to begin with.

Furthermore, the customer support that team and I have been receiving are nothing but spectacular, cause we are being updated from time-to-time with relevant updates with our queries and requests. What I would love to see more in the platform is a more flexible usage of extraction of reports that are commonly used for reporting to the company stakeholders. This is to make sure that the users can do it on-the-go rather than seeking assistance to the Comply team which might take some time.
