Comply Advantage was able to come-up with an easy to use and bright interface that anyone in the industry or learning about the AML industry can easily grasp and understand. The snappiness of the menus and the straightforward results which will help you identify your matches quickly is an amazing feature to begin with.

What I would love to see more in the platform is a more flexible usage of extraction of reports that are commonly used for reporting to the company stakeholders. This is to make sure that the users can do it on-the-go rather than seeking assistance to the Comply team which might take some time. There’s sometimes a lot of random noise in the adverse media section. I often find that items being flagged as adverse media aren’t actually adverse media at all. I love using ComplyAdvantage for Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media screening, as it seamlessly integrates with Notabene. The interface after the migration to the new technological set-up was quite new for us, but we are getting used to it really quickly. The most widespread use case for us is customer screening and monitoring, and ComplyAdvantage perfectly meets our needs in that domain on a day-to-day basis.
