What do you like best about ComplyAdvantage?

It’s easy and simple to use, especially the search features and filters. The layout is clear and easy to understand. I also like that you can adjust the fuzziness percentage and search using details such as year of birth, country, etc. Overall, the system works fast and well, and software errors or delays occur very rarely. What do you like best about ComplyAdvantage?

Comply Advantage was able to come-up with an easy to use and bright interface that anyone in the industry or learning about the AML industry can easily grasp and understand. The snappiness of the menus and the straightforward results which will help you identify your matches quickly is an amazing feature to begin with.

Furthermore, the customer support that team and I have been receiving are nothing but spectacular, cause we are being updated from time-to-time with relevant updates with our queries and requests. What do you dislike about ComplyAdvantage?

What I would love to see more in the platform is a more flexible usage of extraction of reports that are commonly used for reporting to the company stakeholders. This is to make sure that the users can do it on-the-go rather than seeking assistance to the Comply team which might take some time. What do you like best about ComplyAdvantage?

It makes due diligence much easier because I can upload a full list of companies (such as subsidiaries and related entities), along with a list of employees and directors, and then screen everything very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ComplyAdvantage?

There’s sometimes a lot of random noise in the adverse media section. I often find that items being flagged as adverse media aren’t actually adverse media at all. For example, it might just be a company missing targets in its latest press release, and I wouldn’t consider that adverse media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ComplyAdvantage?

I love using ComplyAdvantage for Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media screening, as it seamlessly integrates with Notabene. The platform improves our efficiency by taking care of tasks automatically, reducing the need for manual handling. I really appreciate the simple layout of their user interface, which is easy to navigate. Their support staff and account managers meet with us regularly, ensuring any issues or concerns are addressed personally. ComplyAdvantage's account manager has built a great working relationship with our team through monthly meetings, adding real value to our collaboration. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the platform aids the entire company by mitigating risks during client onboarding, which benefits everyone. What do you dislike about ComplyAdvantage?

What do you like best about ComplyAdvantage?

ComplyAdvantage is a game-changer because it actually understands context. Instead of just doing basic name-matching that flags every person with a common name, it uses AI to filter out the noise and only show you relevant hits. It’s a huge time-saver because it cuts down on those annoying "false alarms," letting you focus on real risks without having to dig through hundreds of useless search results. What do you dislike about ComplyAdvantage?

ComplyAdvantage is great for accuracy because it filters out the noise and only shows hits that actually matter, which saves a ton of time on false alarms. However, the review process can be a pain. The interface forces you to write all your notes in one single paragraph without any line breaks or spacing. It’s annoying because you can't clearly separate different hits unless you use entirely different boxes, which just makes the whole review look cluttered and harder to read. What do you like best about ComplyAdvantage?

I find ComplyAdvantage to be a really great solution for screening our customers and we've been using it for more than five years. The support from the ComplyAdvantage team has been crucial, especially during our data migration to the Mesh platform. They were always ready to help, providing efficient instructions and were extremely polite. I am extremely excited and happy with the screening outcomes we're receiving, especially with the new platform implemented. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the screening configuration, which can be adjusted for specific screenings like sanction screenings with wider fuzziness levels. The efficiency of the screening that's returned to us for review is something I like the most. The initial setup was very easy, and the migration of data to the new mesh platform was easy to perform as well. The interaction with the team stands out as the best compared to other vendors. What do you like best about ComplyAdvantage?

ComplyAdvantage has been an invaluable partner for us for many years, and it’s genuinely a tool we like working with.

The interface after the migration to the new technological set-up was quite new for us, but we are getting used to it really quickly. The most widespread use case for us is customer screening and monitoring, and ComplyAdvantage perfectly meets our needs in that domain on a day-to-day basis.

From the technical side, the integration process is smooth and predictable, and the solution scales very well, whether you are integrating with a large institution with hundreds of thousands of customers or a small startup with hundreds of customers.
