What do you like best about CompeteIQ?

I have 3 things that make CompeteIQ the perfect fit for me:

1) The consultative support that is freely given. They help direct my strategy, which directly improve our results.

2) The Salesforce Integration. For my Ops Team, it was one of the easiest implementations they've ever done. My entire team has access to the Competitive Content they need, right within SFDC.

3) The simple layout and function of content. Sales Teams need a great UI to go with the great content, and CompeteIQ delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompeteIQ?

The only downside I've had over the last 15 months has been on occasion, I receive too much news and competitive data. Quite often, the competitive landscape has so much going on that there are a lot of articles hitting the system.

But, if having TOO much intel is a problem, it's a really good problem to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CompeteIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Gathering competitive intel at scale

-Delivering competitive content to our revenue teams

-Provides much-needed competitive insights to leadership, which influences our strategy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CompeteIQ?

1. Competitive Landscape view --brings nuance to the oft-asked "who are our competitors?" question. I like the ability to 1) tier competitors, 2) rank competitors differently for different segments, 3) do the same at a *product* level.

2. Beyond battle cards -- distinguishes among (and lets me serve up) company battle cards, product battle cards, and profiles.

3. Customization via the Diff Analyzer tool -- ability to grade my company against my competition on whatever dimensions I want.

4. Value -- I can cover more competitors and give access to more colleagues for the money spent compared to most other solutions.

5. Responsiveness -- super responsive team. I've got a real voice that drives product R&D. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompeteIQ?

The aesthetics of the UI are not quite as slick/modern as some other products on the market. (Though it's still plenty usable.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CompeteIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Gives a centralized place to store and update competitor information and analysis. (I.e., store once, use many.)

2. Acts as a distribution mechanism to get our competitive content into the right hands internally (and lets folks self-serve content).

3. Provides sales/field colleagues a clear, obvious, centralized way to feed intel tips back to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CompeteIQ?

I like the the layout which is very versatile and easy to navigate. Its great because we can really deeply measure threats by area, market geography etc and makes everything readily available to our fingertips. improves productivity, which in turn helps make an impact. helps identify different threats and make it easy to figure out how to beat them. which is what we aim for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompeteIQ?

Lacking the auto update feature, especially for us. our department has to shut down systems for about 1 hour for it to be updated - which wastes time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CompeteIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping us with our productivity, and also makes us very on our toes as provides constant updates on various areas in the business - marketing, sales etc. keeps everyone informed and in the loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
