What do you like best about Compass RMS?

I like some of the features of this product. Among those features are the following:

quick and efficient sales entry, enterprice integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Compass RMS?

I have done some testing but didn't find any particular negative features. Maybe some other users will be able to discover those, I tend to focus on the positive ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
