What do you like best about Community?

As a texting platform Community makes it super easy to schedule messages, identify responses from fans and group people into categories to segment my outreach. With the addition of the analytics, I can also see which text messages perform best and are more likely to get people engaged to respond or take action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Community?

Sometimes the scheduling tool will mix up the order of texts that are scheduled at the same time to go out. For instance, I may queue up a text with a video link that is supposed to go after an intro text telling people to watch the video but it ends up sending the link first. What problems is Community solving and how is that benefiting you?

Community is allowing me to talk directly to my teen/young adult audience who doesn't use email for anything other than schoolwork. Having direct access to people and knowing that a text message is a stand-alone notification that doesn't get mixed in with all the other emails they may be getting is a great way to get your message out without worry of clutter.
