What do you like best about Axero?

(1) The breadth of communication tools e.g. blogs, articles, wikis, formus, cases, download areas, events, calendars. Nobody has this type of functionality at their fair price.

(2) Responsiveness of their support - quick, thoughtful and efficient

(3) Solid new features with every release

(4) Ability for us to effectively communicate, publicly, internally, and with our solution provider team

What do you dislike about Axero?

As with any application, you never get 100% of what you want, but I always know that they listen to feature requests, and think around the box for arriving at others. They bend over backwards to make sure that you have a positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communicate to the public via our website, internally to our employees, and externally (private) with our solution provider team.

Customer service center that cuts costs by 50% to server more clients with fewer support personnel. Money saved is used towards creating better products and offerings.

Create content that is available 24 hours per day - as most help desk is routine.

What do you like best about Axero?

Axero is highly customizable. One of the main reasons we want a company intranet is to enhance company-wide collaboration and updates. We also want dedicated department spaces where teams can communicate effectively.

Just like any software or tool out there they have limitations which is normal. Axero can be overwhelming for beginners especially when you basic coding. But their support team is very helpful and will walk you through all the way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axero?

What I appreciate about Axero is how extremely user friendly it is. We needed a knowledge base that could be a centralized place for our team to find what they need right at their fingertips (especially with the constant changes we face). I enjoy the design of the platform and it makes it a fun place to learn and explore quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axero?

There are a few limited functions where pages (specifically if I use excel docs as an article) where the page cannot expand due to size limitations, but there are great workarounds which help sometimes in these circumstances so although an opportunity I do appreciate the "plan B" options they provide. What problems is Axero solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Axero knowledge base addresses our challenge of being in a remote setting and needing one centralized area where we can house communications, critical updates, system processes, policies, etc. It stores all of this for us and organizes it, so it is easy to access, and all are accessing the same things without the worry of outdated info. What do you like best about Axero?

As an admin, being able to control and arrange which sections the end users can readily see and access is very helpful.

Using Axero everyday as an end user truly helps keep me up to date with what is happening on our campus with the News section and the Events Calendar is a life saver when it comes to scheduling and tracking my events and all available events on campus.

Integration with with external services has been very straightforward and easy to set up. We have only had a few small issues.

What do you dislike about Axero?

There is almost too much available that it was a little overwhelming upon initial set up and implementation. After launching and using for a short while though it was easy to customize and ensure the end users were not being overloaded with too much information and only presenting them with pertinent resources. What do you like best about Axero?

The Axero team's expertise and support have been the highlight of working with them. Our implementation timeframe was shortened due to external factors, and they made it easy to use. We have had a great experience with Axero. This is not the fault of anyone, but it would be nice to have a unified system where support cases and implementation checklists could be housed. What do you like best about Axero?

Axero provides a granular admin space which enabled us to tailor our intranet to look exactly how we want it and house exactly what we want. The thorough RBAC using roles, permissions, and personas are complex but make everything run smoothly once you set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axero?

There have been a couple of times where we had updates to our site that triggered an update to our settings that we did not want. One time disabled our emails from sending and another time granted access to users who shouldn't have had it. One other thing we'd like to see in Axero is the ability to track the completion of videos by our users. More of an LMS thing, but it would meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axero?

I really like Axero. The content management is great, the search functionality is robust, permissions are customizable, and the ability to create spaces is simple and looks great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axero?

The only thing I do not like about Axero is the email and digest functionality. Emails are pretty good, but with a few tweaks (like the ability to schedule an broadcast for the future that has already been sent and replicate an broadcast) they would be great. The digest functionality is nice, but the layout is lacking and it would be a game-changer to have rich text in digest emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axero?

It's user friendly and easy to use for all levels. We have staff with zero experience in coding or website design who can updated their department space and pages with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't a way to draft a page or make changes that are then scheduled to appear later on. Once you make changes on the backside, you have to publish or you lose your work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a very outdated intranet before moving over to Axero, which meant a huge clean-up process. With Axero's intranet each department has their own space and owns the content within that space, which is helping us keep the intranet clean and up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axero?
