Axero is highly customizable. One of the main reasons we want a company intranet is to enhance company-wide collaboration and updates. We also want dedicated department spaces where teams can communicate effectively.

There are a few limited functions where pages (specifically if I use excel docs as an article) where the page cannot expand due to size limitations, but there are great workarounds which help sometimes in these circumstances so although an opportunity I do appreciate the "plan B" options they provide. As an admin, being able to control and arrange which sections the end users can readily see and access is very helpful.
Using Axero everyday as an end user truly helps keep me up to date with what is happening on our campus with the News section and the Events Calendar is a life saver when it comes to scheduling and tracking my events and all available events on campus.

There is almost too much available that it was a little overwhelming upon initial set up and implementation. After launching and using for a short while though it was easy to customize and ensure the end users were not being overloaded with too much information and only presenting them with pertinent resources. We have had a great experience with Axero. This is not the fault of anyone, but it would be nice to have a unified system where support cases and implementation checklists could be housed. Axero provides a granular admin space which enabled us to tailor our intranet to look exactly how we want it and house exactly what we want. There have been a couple of times where we had updates to our site that triggered an update to our settings that we did not want. One time disabled our emails from sending and another time granted access to users who shouldn't have had it. The only thing I do not like about Axero is the email and digest functionality. Emails are pretty good, but with a few tweaks (like the ability to schedule an broadcast for the future that has already been sent and replicate an broadcast) they would be great.
