What problems is Common Room solving and how is that benefiting you?

Common Room saves us so much time to be able to bring meaningful insights quickly without needing to request analytics from other partner teams or consultants. What do you like best about Common Room?

The robust analytics, the speed of product improvement/development, the ease of setup and ongoing usage, and how strong the CR team is.I know at least 5 members across various functions at CR and I love working with them. You know they're moving the Community space forward in an authentic and meaningful way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Common Room?

They're already working in this (I've spoken to their Product team) but I'd love for them to integrate with Salesforce. This would allow our Community team to show how we're impacting the overall Revenue team at my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
