1. Segments: The segment feature is one of the best feature to categorize your community members based on multiple criteria and each criteria is an important factor for evaluate a members personas based on the activity.
2. Members Tags: This is a very cool feature that shows you the influence stage of members on social media. These tags allow you to target members based on their social media presence.
3. Workflows : Workflow are also an very good feature to update your memebers and content with automation. It also allows you to connect with Slack which is very helpful
4. Easy to Add Multiple Social Media and Communtiy sources
5. Strong Customer support, All team members are very knowledgable about the product and customer use of product
6. Ease to implement, the implementation is very quick you can do this as quick as you are on call with your rep.

Common Room provides you with the opportunity to discover previously unknown user segments. It enables you to collect highly valuable insights and gain a deeper understanding of the organizations and buyer personas engaging with your product. I also appreciate the ability to create segments of individuals, which can then be prioritized for further outreach.

I like that you can have all the communication in one place, that you can sort and analyze trends much faster and more efficiently. An easy-to-use tool that provides extreme clarity on what's happening in your community, with an easy way to identify engaged members and companies. My favorite features include the "Team Alerts" and "work flows", which help to automate high-touch tasks and make them highly scalable.

The amazing thing about common room is that it is essentially just aggregating data that is already there and accessible in some form, but the insights that emerge are just incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have any significant complaints about it. The only slight niggle I run into is that I seem to need to authenticate more often than I'd like - I'd prefer it if my session stayed active for longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team is insanely responsive and helpful. Any time I need help to build something, I get a response within minutes and typically can schedule a meeting within a couple of days (if not hours) to resolve the issue.
CommonRoom also has the best and most complete options for community reporting, operations, and listening. They are truly considering how best to showcase business value of community in a way that makes sense for your stakeholders and partner with you to achieve your specific use case. It doesn't have all of the integrations I want to use yet. Zapier integrations often break (but that could be user error). This limits my ability to derive great value from CommonRoom, but I know they are actively working to expand their integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
