What do you like best about Common Room?

I find it very easy to put people into automated sequences for mass outreach. The account research aspects are also valuable, although I often need to validate with the main data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Common Room?

Common Room has given me visibility into who is taking advantage of the resources we offer that are there to help people learn more about our product and services. Without Common Room, I wouldn't have a method of receiving notifications in a timely manner. Additionally, I wouldn't be able to see a lot of information from different sources in one location. What do you dislike about Common Room?

Right now, sending notifications on multiple types with the same segment (i.e., new message, new member) is a bit tedious. This could be easier done in one screen than creating two notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
