We were searching for a sexual harrassment training program that didn't look like it was filmed in the 1980's and actually engaged employees with the topic, as effective and engaging sexual harrassment training is just so hard to find. Then we stumbled onto Comon Ground by WILL and we are very happy so far with results. It is easy to implement and we recieved positive commentary after we started using this training.
