Comprehensive solution, we had to rely on multiple tools earlier however with collab hub we just need to use one tool now. Collab Hub to integrate with AD and Google OAuth, I am not sure that Collab supports Octo. We need to make sure that it also integrates with Octo. Current AD and GCP Authentication is good enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that documents, materials, and someone can easily share all resources throughout staff/departments quickly and safely. It makes it very easy to keep productivity going when not all staff are located in the same area. The entire team has access to departmental sharing and access to documentation, as well as it can be updated frequently and organized, and uploaded without reoccurring costs to the company. I love that unlimited fields can be added to directories making it simpler to find names. This fully customizable featured intranet solution is definitely worth a second look! Occasional hiccups in the program were encountered. Problems such as not recognizing an update occasionally, or closing out when data hasnt been saved happened once, but nothing other than that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are several features that make this application wonderful to use. It's excellent for on the go project management and online tool. It easy to assign both high levels of objective and minute instructions. Collab Hub is such a very helpful application. it's simple to set up tasks and goals and track them. Collab Hub is a great tool for managing your working and a great application for groups that share responsibility for the task. The different ways to display tasks makes it easy to manage my own workload and time. We can't delete a project or rename from the application.

Notifications don't include the parent project name and the task. In Collab Hub application, We especially needed something that would also track our customers. I can not find a way to prioritize my activities. The mobile applications are missing many features. It would be nice l didn't have to open another account with a different program. Can be confusing if the subtasks go too deep. The last thing printing function needs some improvements.It is extremely important to get aligned and get things done on time. Collab Hub is one of the best platform I've used for an intranet system. Super simple interface, no complicated modules and it offers exactly what we need.

Also we needed special modules just for our organization and with Collab Hub, this is possible.

Other platforms were not able to do this because their system is just right off the box, no customization.

Using Collab Hub as our intranet for our company had been very useful for our organization. As an admin user, the installation and setup of the platform were very easy. I didn't need the help of our IT team and was able to start our department pages with their pre-made template page layout.

The interface is intuitive to use and understand without me having to watch tutorial videos.
