I love the resources available as refreshers in the Help section. I like that there are multiple ways to use functions. CobbleStone's Contract Insight gives our agency the tools it needs to properly track and manage over 10,000 contracts per year. The reporting capabilities are very helpful in tracking various metrics keeping data organized. The software functions very well, and in the event customer support is ever needed, we always receive immediate, professional help. There are a few features that our agency does not utilize, but that appear in various areas of the system. The ability to completely hide and remove unused features would be helpful, but that is a very minor issue. We are very happy with the system overall, and are not greatly affected by this at all.
