Flexibility and ease of use were a big selling point. Incredibly configurable platform that gives ultimate control. Workflows, metadata fields, templates, approvals...everything can be tailored to match how our organization actually works. What problems is CobbleStone Contract Insight Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have reduced contract lifecycles/turnaround times, first and foremost. Additionally, automated approval routing and workflow rules have made it so we don't miss key tasks, approvals, and renewals. Numbered version tracking helps us stay confident that we have the most up-to-date contract. It would be nice if attachments to Agreements were more easily interchangeable within the document itself or across the system as a whole. It would also be helpful if all contract documents could easily live in a single record. They technically can, but that isn’t how Cobblestone recommends doing it. Being able to manage the various contracts being used within the company. Currently, our contracts are unorganized and spread out across multiple formats, (SharePoint, personal OneDrives, printed, etc.) so the ability to properly organize these contracts should be helpful. I love the resources available as refreshers in the Help section. I like that there are multiple ways to use functions.
