What do you dislike about Coastal?

Unfortunately, I don't have anything I dislike. I could see prospective customers being a bit weary of their price. However, in my career, especially with SFDC, you get what you pay for when it comes to developing and maintaining a complex SFDC environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Coastal:

If you want a firm that wants to understand your business, if you want a firm that will work tirelessly help you get to where you want to go, if you want a firm that meets deadlines and communicates well, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I started my new role at my current company, I inherited a SFDC environment that needed a significant amount of TLC. I partnered with Coastal Cloud to assess and remediate. The attention to detail, their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer, and the level of expertise they brought into the project greatly distinguishes them in a very overcrowded ecosystem of Salesforce partners. Overall, my SFDC environment has been rearchitected in a manner in which we were able to add Financial Force / Certina seamlessly from the engagement. We are currently working with them to bring Net Zero Cloud into our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
