Their knowledge was second-to-none. During our implementation (early 2016), SteelBrick was acquired by Salesforce. This caused some potential for disruption on the ATG side. Never happened. ATG assisted us from project kickoff to go-live, and has provided post-implementation support. **What do you like best about ATG Consulting, a Cognizant Company?** The people were the best part. ATG's staff were friendly and knowledgable. We felt like we were teammates and partners with them from day one. There was never a point where we felt we weren't in the hands of a top tier service provider. **What do you dislike about ATG Consulting, a Cognizant Company?** Although we were able to manage with video conferencing and instant messaging, ATG is located out-of-state. The distance between us meant we didn't always have them handy if we needed them on-site, and on-site visits had to be planned ahead of time. There is no way we would have gone live with our project without their assistance. They were honest domain experts who partnered with us every step of the way.
