Clumio provides us with a single management dashboard to manage backups and restores for both VMware and 0365. They provide proactive notifications when support notices issues to ensure backups are completed correctly, and no data is missed or lost. Clumio support is very responsive and always available when you need assistance. In addition, Clumio gives us the ability to set our own backup interval and retention policies to ensure compliance with our DR plan.

We found Clumio when they first started and took a chance on them and it has worked out wonderfully. We have been using them for VMC (VMware on AWS) backups to satisfy the off-site requirement, unlike the other backup providers at the time who all wanted you to use vSAN storage (technically on-site). Like any startup, they had some growing pains, but we were in it together and worked with them to resolve things. Their platform is really nice and easy to use. Worker VMs are a little finicky sometimes to deploy, but not complicated. Once set up, they've been solid. I could go on about their VMC offering, but unfortunately, there isn't much of a point. If the other aspects of their product have been given the same love, I expect you'll love those too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clumio has been easy to implement with our Microsoft 365 services, as well as with our VMware datacenter infrasturcture. Access and recovery has been easy and quick! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike, I guess I always have to remind myself how to find my virtual machines to recover data or files if needed. It always comes back to me after poking around, but maybe it could be more intutive to find my VMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fast and efficient technical support. Before we purchased Clumio we were told the cost would never go up then all of a sudden two years later they changed their licensing and the cost nearly quadrupled. Fast and efficient backups. Technical support personnel have heavy accents, making it difficult to understand them when working with them on the phone. Most of the time, however, I worked with them through email.
