Clozd does a great job of collecting and aggregating critical information from deals that we've won and deals that we've lost. As product marketing is one of my responsibilites, being able to know why people buy, and why they don't, is critical for building positioning, messaging, and helping us to know where to bolster our message and product. As a third-party, Clozd seems to get more customers and prospects to open up to them, because they're not actually speaking to us. Their dashboards and data insights are also very helpful for knowing where we stand, and if there are specific insights we should be focusing on.
