They have tools to connect crm so grabbing "leads" for interviews is efficient. Not a terrible conversion rate either.

Personally I think DIY win loss is missing with clozd - any interviews you conduct outside the platform requires you manage a different data set elsewhere. Since we conduct many buyer interviews ourselves it's perhaps a challenge specific to us

Everyone I have interacted with at Clozd, including our account manager, have been wonderful. They've taken the time to understand our business needs and are very receptive to continuous changes as we adjust the scope of the program.
