What do you like best about CloudRadial?

A comprehensive dashboard of all endpoints, devices, apps, services, security, compliance and beyond! Allows a 360 view of the IT stack. It's a must have for SMB's & Enterprise...especially with limited "human" resources to keep track of everything. It's a great compliment to an Asset DB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudRadial?

Initially I discovered missing or incorrect data in the portal. I quickly realized that the data comes in via many sources and needs to be verified / updated. It's only as accurate as the source providing it to CloudRadial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudRadial solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick & easy snapshot of of onPrem & cloud hardware/software across the entire organization. I don't have to track all of this in a separate system which free's up resources to work on actual issues rather than maintenance & documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudRadial?

There is powerful customization options, but it is also easy to use and get started. You can setup default templates for tickets, budget items, and reports and then customize them per client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudRadial?

The interface can be a little slow during high loads. We use it for so many things both internal and customer-facing that sometimes the pages take a long time to refresh or publish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CloudRadial:

Take the time to plan out what features are essential to your customers in the initial rollout. Do not try to get all the features up and running at first. Start with one or two things that you think will be best received by your customers, and then add more as you go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudRadial solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudRadial has changed the way we deliver QBRs. Customers always have a 4 quarter budget available in their client portal. It has streamlined the way we receive tickets. Each client has customized checklists for things like new users, departing users, and common problems. The reports and inventory data give customer's value and make them actually want to use the portal instead of just firing off an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
