**What do you like best about Clinked?**

I use Clinked primarily to manage projects and collaborate with my team in one central place. It makes sharing files, assigning tasks, and keeping track of deadlines really straightforward. I especially appreciate how it streamlines communication, so we're not constantly switching between emails and chat apps. I like how it keeps everything organized in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use, which makes collaborating a lot less stressful. Setting up Clinked was actually pretty easy and didn’t feel overwhelming. Creating my account and getting the workspace ready was straightforward, and the platform guides you through the basics really well. Overall, it keeps our workflow organized and saves a lot of time, making teamwork much smoother.

I really like using Clinked, but sometimes the notifications feel a bit overwhelming or don’t always show up when they should, which can make it easy to miss updates. A few features, like task management and file organization, could be a bit more intuitive. I feel task management could be more flexible, like having options for subtasks, priorities, or easier ways to adjust deadlines so it's simple to see what needs attention. For file organization, better folder structures, search filters, or tagging options would make finding and sharing documents much quicker. **What do you like best about Clinked?**

I use Clinked to store and share financial documents, manage monthly updates with different departments, and collaborate with both internal teams and clients in one secure space. It makes the monthly close process smoother by showing me what items have been added or reviewed, so I don't have to chase updates. The way folders can be structured by period helps keep everything easy to follow, and the previews make reviewing statements much faster. We keep all our financial documents, reports, and supporting files on our Clinked portal, and throughout the month, I work with multiple departments, sharing 'Groups' with each as a shared space for uploads and updates. Conversations are on the same platform as well, both within the company and with clients. I find the interface easy to use. The initial setup was very easy.

The interface is easy to use, but a couple of extra shortcuts for common tasks would make it even better.

Setting up Clinked was relatively simple and convenient, which was a nice boost.

Clinked helps me keep track of what our clients need and what my team is working on. It helps a lot that everything is in one portal. I can share files, update tasks, leave comments and quickly check what has moved since the last call. It saves me time because I don’t have to chase people using different tools.

I also like that clients understand it easily. They upload what we need, check the updates we leave for them, and reply right inside the portal. It keeps things simple and makes the whole back-and-forth feel much more organized for everyone.

I also like that Clinked supports different languages. This helps our teams in different regions understand the content better and stay involved.

We started  using Clinked as a Virtual Data Room because it had all the features we needed without the high costs of alternatives. Its' easy to use, the customisation options are great, and the white-labelling (including CNAME) makes it feel like our own platform. The security features are solid, and its been a great tool for manageing and sharing confidential files.

Not much tbh. If anything the interface could be a bit more 2025, but it does the job and we havent had any major issues.

Clinked helps us manage senstive documents and collab with external parties in a secure and structured way. The ability to control access levels, set permissions and maintain a professional brand experience, which is a huge plus. Its just a lot chepaer than other VDR providers.

One of the biggest assets of Clinked is the task management system. The real time notifications prodive not only us but also our clients with prompt updates. These are great tools to run successful campaigns. Another great feature is file sharing, which helps us share campaign reports and marketing materials. Groups are excellent controlled and organized space for these materials effectively.

The dashboard customization options could be more flexible.

We use Clinked to provide our clients with a professional looking and a user friendly platform. We use task management system to track project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. Before Clinked, tracking everything through various tools and emails was a hassle. **What do you like best about Clinked?**

We used to have multiple tools and platforms for communications: Emails, Slack, and shared drives — it got messy. Now our clients can log into their Clinked account and connect to the Portal. They see only spaces designated for their project: calendar, tasks, events, notes files… anything you can imagine for project management and client communication. It’s easy to use, so we don’t even need to chase them all the time or vice versa. If we need any help, the support team quickly jumps in. It’s made our company look more organised and professional, too.

Since we have implemented Clinked for our members and clients, our communication and collaboration has been significantly improved because we have everything we need on one platform now. It’s not only a centralised hub for our team, though. It’s even more practical for our clients to reach us easily and promptly. It’s easy to use and we haven’t received any complaints regarding the interface. Besides the user-friendly interface, our portal also offers our clients a branded portal that aligns with our company’s image. From a growth management perspective, I think it’s an amazing addition to our brand.
Additionally, Clinked’s secure document sharing provides our clients with the confidence of a safe and reliable workspace.

Chat feature has some room for improvement. For example, there is no search function.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

As a student and a freelancer until now, using Clinked is one of the best way to manage and submit my deliverables on time, and why is that? The first one would be, is it has an integration with other sources like Google Drive, which makes it easier not only for me but also it gives the entire team an advantage to easily adapt with the application, and with that the communication is seamless which gives us a good flow of implementation over time.

Since I have been using this one for quite a while, I'm just expecting that they can have some promos / discounts, as well as benefits for users who are using the application.

have a bit of an experience with client portals and I can say that Clinked has a seamless user experience. It has robust security, a flawless and wide range of tools for integration, and a comprehensive document management system. We really appreciate how each project workspace in Clinked can be customized to meet the specific needs and preferences of our team members and clients. I've encountered similar features on other platforms, but none offer the range of customization options that Clinked does

The only drawback I've found with Clinked is that its chat functionality does not support sharing photos and GIFs.

There are several features of Clinked that I really like. What I like the most about Clinked is that it is easy and simple to use. When I purchased Clinked, I thought it would be a steep learning curve for me as I am not familiar with this kind of stuff. I found out however that it is user friendly, and I was able to add our different clients within minutes! I was able to add our team, add all our clients, and I was able to understand quickly how to use each feature inside a group or client. We could really use an application like this, and I look forward to rolling this out to all our clients.

If there would be a missing piece in this excellent app, I think it would be the capability to sync our work email for each client/group. I think it would be a good idea to have clinked as an all-in-one app that you can use for each client. Clinked might have a good reason not to include the email syncing capability, but to be honest, it’s not a big deal for us as we can continue to use Microsoft outlook for all our business emails.

We've been very pleased with the efficiency that this offers us for handling temporary or transient data, flowing in both directions.  It really helps both us and our stakeholders to have confidence with identifying the data shared, eliminating the problems of version control and being lost in a maze of folders.  When the data has completed its lifecycle, we delete the data from Clinked quickly and permanently.

We like the protection that Clinked provides for our data, in particular that we no longer need to use email as a method of sharing data.  Email has many major issues, not least the risk of personal data inside documents being slurped by an unknown number of third party email archives and eavesdropping mailbox bots.  Clinked helps us to reduce the overall number of files that we would have otherwise retained to disambiguate version control.  Where we occasionally need to use email, we simply paste Clinked's web link to the folder or document, so that the stakeholder can log in and see it instantly: the document itself safely remains out of the email system.

Clinked's technical support has been consistently responsive over the years, with only a tiny number of issues ever having been raised and quickly solved.  Clinked has also offered a "suggestion box" service for future development work.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

Clinked is a portal we can offer to our clients for communication, collaboration and progress tracking. We can have different users with different permission levels so it’s easy to manage different projects and clients at the same portal in a secure way. Our clients can follow the tickets and issues raised by our agents if needed. It’s a game changer for us. Customisation options are just great, nothing too overwhelming but it still looks fresh and professional.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

We are using this tool not only as a project management tool, but also as a client portal with internal chat tool and a secure file management system. It allows us to organise our media assets effectively, with features like version control ensuring that everyone is working on the latest copy of a project. Besides, clients can easily access the portal to review progress, provide feedback, and communicate their requirements and enhance overall satisfaction with our services. It’s unbelievable how it made our work a lot easier for us! 


It has both Apple IOS and Android application options. Some of our members need to use the portal on the go due to the nature of their roles and they get to keep in touch with the rest of us and all the information they need. This is crucial for our company.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

While I appreciate the chat and discussion tools, we have problems with the notifications of the chat tool from time to time. It would be perfect if it’s fixed, but it’s not a huge problem.

It is an amazing client portal.  We are able to effectively communicate with our clients, provide updated information and assist clients in remembering to attend their meetings or hearings.  I love that Clinked provides ongoing customer support so that we continue to improve the quality of the service we provide to our clients.  Clients have access to their records and can view and download them at any time.  Thus, they are always in the know about what going on in their cases.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

I have not seen any downsides  in using Clinked. Even if there was a downside, the customer support team is very responsive and ususally provides a fix that will solve our problem.

It allows us to effectively provide all of our clients with the information they need to know what is going on with their cases.  Thus, we are not bombarded by questions from clients as they receive the information in real-time.  They are able to communicate through the client portal.  Also, we are able to provide them with updates.

I was having an issue with my Clinked account, so I reached out to the Clinked support team for assistance. The support team responded to my need for assistance promptly, and they were able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. This is a company that seems to care about keeping its customers happy, because it has clearly empowered its customer support employees to use their discretion to resolve issues like the one I had. Aside from the responsive customer service, I’d also like to call out one feature I particularly like. When a user sets up the portal for its customers, Clinked makes it easy to personalize the portal’s URL using the user’s own domain. From a branding perspective, that’s a great feature.

I have no negatives to report at this point.

It is an easy-to-use client portal that focuses heavily on showcasing your company's brand. The customer support is amazing and solves essentially any problem you may have. 

If you work in the financial or legal industries, this software makes for an amazing Virtual Data Room at a fraction of the cost of any other solutions out there, and it's so easy to use that stakeholders really log in and use it. Besides, it has an audit trail feature that allows you to see what each stakeholder has done, like uploading, downloading, reading, modifying, etc.

Clinked can make a huge difference in any industry where security is important. Our company does both legal & financial services, so our clients don't feel comfortable sending their documents via email having this portal with bank-grade security works great.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

I would love it if it implemented an internal forms system to get information from clients but there are ways around it like embedding Jotforms.

It has helped us as a Data Room in the sale of a company and as a regular client portal. We work assisting companies to start operations in Mexico so security is a really important factor. Clinked has banking grade security and this helps our marketing a lot.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

I especially like how easy it is to use Clinked. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, it’s not a full job to explain to students how to navigate and access course materials and grades. 

I don’t have much experience with the setup process, but as far as I’ve witnessed, it didn’t take long to launch. 

I also love that I can securely store my lecture materials and grading information in an organized manner.  

Chat function has been a great help, especially when students need to contact someone for a quick question. It has lightened the load on my office hours.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

Some of the lecturers have had a hard time adapting to the portal, but with the help of Customer Support, they adjusted fine in time. I haven’t had a problem with Clinked personally.
