What do you like best about Cloudpresenter?

Cloudpresenter's intuitive user interface meant we could immediately start using Cloudpresenter for virtual meetings and online training. We found Cloudpresenter easier to use than Zoom Meetings and GoToMeeting.

Since we started using Cloudpresenter two months ago, the platform has provided good video and audio quality with minimal lag. Cloudpresenter has proven to be a reliable and stable platform for hosting our meetings and conducting education and training events. We have not experienced any outage with Cloudpresenter thus far.

With Cloudpresenter, participants can join our meetings or events from a web browser instead of an app, which reduces the friction in getting people to attend. Cloudpresenter also offers a mobile app for iOS and Android - this app, like the web user interface, is easy to use and effective.

On Cloudpresenter, we have several options to enable better alignment to our branding, e.g., custom images on mobile landing pages, event headers and email headers; our logo for social media sharing; uploading our favicon; modifying the colors of the user interface; custom virtual backgrounds.

With Cloudpresenter's Content Library, we can upload PowerPoint presentations and MP4 videos before meetings and training events and share them with our audience from the Content Library during the meeting or event. We prefer this method of sharing documents because, in our opinion, it is more reliable and more professional-looking than sharing a screen (which is also possible on Cloudpresenter) and reduces resource usage on the local machine. What do you dislike about Cloudpresenter?

Although Cloudpresenter has a live-streaming feature, it is currently limited to only three platforms: Youtube, Facebook, and Vimeo. We would appreciate more options, e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloudpresenter enables us to hold virtual meetings and to provide online education and training reliably, securely, and with minimal hassle. Because of its additional features, we believe Cloudpresenter is not only a viable but superior alternative to Zoom. Cloudpresenter's pricing compares favorably with Zoom's, saving us money. We were previously on Zoom's Pro plan ($149.90/year/user), but now use Cloudpresenter's Professional Plan ($120/year/user). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
