What do you like best about Cloudflare SSE & SASE Platform?

I think the best thing for me personally at my job is the ease of use. I get a suspicious email and I just copy the .eml and send it off. This fives me time to focus on other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Short implementation, great dashboard that allows you to easily see phishes being blocked. Pricing model is a no brainer as you only pay per phish caught up to the cap in the contract. Has been a great experience since we implemented a year ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare SSE & SASE Platform?

In the beginning it may require some tuning on what are suspicious emails or not but it gets trained very quickly and support is highly responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a no brainer. Pricing model is very reasonable as tied to volume of phishes you receive. Implementation takes 1 hour and the product is very effective immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudflare SSE & SASE Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our website gets a lot of traffic and because of that we get tons of phishing emails. Our workforce has been trained on phishing emails but a lot of time forgets and we've had a few scares that luckily were caught in time. What do you like best about Cloudflare SSE & SASE Platform?

Area1 provides clear descriptions of why emails have been detected as malicious (as opposed to just one-word categorization). Their customer support is also very helpful when responding to support requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare SSE & SASE Platform?

Their detections still require a bit of tuning (though 100% accuracy is never expected). Additionally, the time it takes to receive a response from support is somewhat inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
