I like that Cloudflare’s SSE & SASE platform brings multiple security and networking tools into one unified system. It’s especially helpful that everything runs on Cloudflare’s global network, so performance stays fast while security policies are enforced consistently. The platform makes zero-trust access, secure web gateways, DNS filtering, and threat detection much easier to manage from a single dashboard. The biggest upsides are the simplified administration, strong security coverage, reduced latency, and the ability to scale without needing a lot of extra hardware or complex configurations. I dislike that some Cloudflare SSE & SASE features still feel newer and less mature than long-established competitors, and the dashboard can be confusing when you’re first learning it. Policy setup sometimes takes more steps than expected, and certain advanced integrations or detailed documentation aren’t always as complete as they could be.
