What do you like best about Cloudbeds?

The interface and simplicity for front-end management. The fact of having everything integrated into a single product is very convenient for small accommodations. It allows them to publish and compete with the big ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudbeds?

It lacks several features, in my case, focusing on sales, I would like, for example, to be able to establish price relationships, percentages, etc., between different rates and the different rooms. But for what it was created, I think it is very, very good anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudbeds solving and how is that benefiting you?

I started using the Channel Manager. In fact, I don't use anything else, but I saw how the reservations team uses it. The channel allowed me to save a lot of time and is easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very user-friendly, easy to learn, even the basic package (PMS + Booking Engine + Channel Manager) is more than enough if you have an accommodation like Hostel, the support team is so fast and currently, they are recruiting the team all over the world so time difference will not be an issue. What problems is Cloudbeds solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a small accommodation business and Cloudbeds provide me all the basic property management system that I need with a reasonable pricing. With Cloudbeds, I can manage my property both internally and externally which includes booking engine and channel manager. What do you like best about Cloudbeds?

All function you need are availability in Cloudbeds. Also good support with 24/7 via email . Easy use any where can see report any where and work, the best for all user no need to work in the place but just call and talk you can work with your staff. The best recommend for who have many properties one time booking engines with multiple booking engines page. Easy setup for rate, availability inventory, Package, Promotion which professional images.
