What do you like best about Close?

I really like that Close is very simple to use and doesn't require much training or hiring a sales ops team to manage. I enjoy using the messaging feature to communicate with my team about deals, and it's great that I can comment on a lead or opportunity and it automatically emails the owner and anyone I @mention. The initial setup was very easy; I just connected Google Workspace and it started working automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

What do you like best about Close?

I use Close for my personal work in real estate and it's very complete. I love how it makes everything easier by automating tasks. The automatic call transcription feature is just amazing since other platforms don't have it, and it allows me to read the parts I need without listening to the whole call. It's pretty much the best app I have ever used. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

The built-in calling and email sequencing inside the same UI. I don’t need a separate dialer or outreach tool — everything logs automatically, which saves me at least 5–10 hours a week on admin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The reporting and analytics aren't very customizable compared to other CRMs. Also, the mobile app is fine for quick checks but clunky for real work, and the email text editor feels too basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

I like Close because it's pretty clean and simple with not too many buttons everywhere, which makes it easier to use. It's way cleaner and the UI/UX interface is better than any other CRM platform right now. Close is also easier to pick up compared to other CRMs, and as you use it more, the workflows and smart views become very intuitive. What do you dislike about Close?

On the power dialer, sometimes it won't allow sending messages to certain leads, which is kind of annoying. Sometimes it says to just contact Close support whenever you dial them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Close because it's really simple to use and personalize. It's simple to customize and helps me do things faster in a reliable way. I use the workflows a lot, as they help me manage my outbound in a good way. The pipelines are a key feature for me, and they're one of the main reasons I use the software. What do you dislike about Close?

I think it could be improved, the reports. And most of them, the reports of activities, some custom activities it's hard to see or I don't know yet how to see activities and correlate the activities to an opportunity in a way that I can analyze better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

I like that Close keeps all the conversations I have with a certain client or lead in their tab and separates them if they were different conversations. I also like that it keeps all files we exchanged in a separate tab. As I run a print shop, it's very important to have a clear view when I send my clients designs that they need to approve. Close makes it easy to track which version they approved, especially with the files tab functionality. The initial setup was very easy, and I figured everything out instantly. What do you dislike about Close?

I would love to use Close for cold calls as well, but it doesn't support Serbian (+381) number, so I can't. I can but people will think I'm a scammer if I don't have a Serbian number. I would love if they added support for Serbian (+381) number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
