What do you like best about Close?

I appreciate the ease of setting up Close; it's straightforward and allows me to manage emails, assign staff, and build pipelines efficiently. I love the powerful integration capabilities, particularly for managing leads and opportunities through a clean power dialer. The management and communication tools, including the ability to text and call directly from the platform, are invaluable for maintaining seamless sales operations. What do you dislike about Close?

I feel like Close is somewhat lacking in terms of integrations. While other platforms like Go High Level offer the ability to create workflows in-house, I would like more customization options over workflows in Close, particularly concerning the integration of email and SMS campaigns and templates. I desire the ability to elevate this functionality to the next level without overcomplicating it, as some platforms can have too many features. "Perfect Internal Team Communication"
What do you like best about Close?

What I like most about Close is how the onboarding for my immediate team was. At the moment I have everyone who I communicate with daily signed up with their own subaccounts and we're able to manage each stage of our pipeline per job without any problems. Close support helped us assign roles based on team member responsibilities and from there I can view how everyone is doing on their daily assigned tasks through the custom dashboard we put together. With our subcontractors I can easily add them as contents to and send and receive messages from my personal number and email which saves a lot of time changing between apps and services. Highly recommend Close and I wouldn't switch it for anything else.

I've now added my virtual assistant to my account and they have adopted the platform quickly. Great way to outsource work without long onboarding sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplicity and Connectivity Shine, Needs Better Samsung Integration"
What do you like best about Close?

I like the simplicity of Close, which makes it easy to use. I also appreciate the connectivity it provides within my company, allowing us to save messages and see who sent each one. Plus, I can listen to my call center's calls, which is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

I can't link a separate number on my Samsung, and it doesn't let me call through a number outside of my connected cell. Also, with Samsung, I'm not able to record my calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

I'm fine-tuning my sales funnel at the moment but what Close allows you to do is with people that you're processing is good. You can see the income generated from each person and for the most part they can be moved along my process fairly easily. The best part for me is having categories I can place leads in after we've done a job or they haven't closed. I do a bit of calling with this, I purchased a number just to try it and I am slowly getting used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Most of the areas in Close require manual input therefore your numbers will be off If you miss something. Auto field input based on funnel outcomes would be cool to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

Everything. You don't need to upload your leads manually. In every lead you have, you can see the entire history, emails, calls and text in just one screen. What do you like best about Close?

I like Close because it's very easy to use and makes it simple to delegate customers to where they need to be. The Smartviews feature is nice, allowing me to create channels to properly follow up with current or prospective clients. I also appreciate that if I miss an opportunity, it's always on me and not the CRM. The initial setup was very easy, and I would confidently recommend it to others. What do you like best about Close?

I really like the new AI the suggested actions. It removes an issue we have with people forgetting to properly set the next action on a lead.

I like the templating of standard emails (features works well) and mostly like the way the pipeline works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

I need the ability to insert snippets of text into an email from a template. For example, we have a Price Match Guarantee that I would like to include the text for in the middle of an email I am composing by hand and it doesn't appear to all me to do that.

The exporting needs to be better. I need to be able to export contacts in a more granular fashion. For example, I often want to export contact information for all of the Superintendents in Michigan and I can't do that - I get all the contacts for any lead that has a Superintendent.
