Have used multiple CRM's in the past but haven't found anything as efficient and easy to use as Close.

Love the feature of smart views to optimise workflow.

What do you like best about Close?

Close allows me to manage my customer / porspect base quickly and effectively. It's very easy to manage workflow amonst co-workers for our current customers as well as set follow up on prospects. It saves me a lot of time by streamlining my day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The only downside I've encountered is with the phone / dialer integration with JustCall. Sometimes its choppy or delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

Smart Views with combined with custom fields and Custom Activies.

Its where the power is, ability to create very specific smart views, which are like workflows.

API and Zapier support is a bonus too.

Support team are lighting fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Can't make calls in web app.

Can't asign a contact to multiple leads/orgs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

The granular control of follow ups, as well as Opportunities tracking is excellent. The integration with Google email, meetings, calendars, etc makes it almost a complete dashboard for outbound selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

The simplicity of everything combined with a clean UX makes all the difference. Although it seems simple on the surface, the depth of what you can accomplish and track within Close makes it the best CRM I have ever used. Uploading leads is a breeze and the deduping aspect makes it so easy to ensure we are not contacting the same prospect twice. I also enjoy how the dev team is continually adding new, much-needed features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

I would like a simplified and more in-depth reporting page. I would love if you could track each lead list individually to see the success rate of different lists. other than those I have sincerely enjoyed working within Close everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
