What do you like best about Clinch?

Throughout my 3-year usage of Clinch, I have had nothing but positive feedback for their constant innovation with new features (including AI integration) and continuous support from their Recruitment Marketing and Customer Success team. They address our inquiries with professionalism, referencing use cases from other clients and data collation on their backend to show the tool's ROI for our company.

What do you dislike about Clinch?

While I find it fairly easy to navigate the tool's content management system and analytics, I wish that the design and layout could be more flexible (eg., a featured video auto-plays as soon as a user lands on the homepage) with some coding. I believe they have a dedicated Tech team who could help with this kind of nice-to-have if you insist on integrating a more dynamic scrolling experience while maximizing their offering.

Pricing can be quite steep, but Clinch offers several useful complementary features like workflow integration, LinkedIn CRM Connect, and Employee Connections for candidate nurturing. So if you're willing to spare a bit more budget for this and invest your time in managing the system for a seamless candidate experience, it's a worthwhile tool! What do you like best about Clinch?

- Love the self service aspect of managing the career site and CRM

- Love the amount of customizations available that truly allow you to tailor everything to your organizations needs

- The implementation was a bit messy, defintently room for improvement

- The backend user interface looks old and dated

What do you like best about Clinch?

Clinch is incredibly user friendly and I'm able to make most of the necessary changes on my own, without the support of a web developer. The Clinch team was also able to seamlessly build out our careers pages so candidates would never know they're leaving our main company page. The analytics available are also exceeding my expectations... We've never had insights into candidate behavior like this before. What do you dislike about Clinch?

One of the only challenging moments of implementing Clinch was navigating so many different time zones between web developers, support, and our corporate team. But our Implementation Support team was able to communicate and navigate those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a marketing company but our careers page didn't always explain that well. Now with Clinch, we're able to create more visually pleasing careers pages which will better attract qualified candidates. What do you like best about Clinch?

Having explored many products in the industry, I think Clinch offers comprehensive coverage of features for companies who are seeking flexibility in presenting content and setting up automated workflows. It's not JUST a careers website, but an opportunity to pursue and collect leads. I also appreciate the relationship with my customer success team, they are always supportive in providing training, resources and roadmap updates. What do you dislike about Clinch?

Not dislike, but would recommend more optimization for rich media formats (for example, unable to choose thumbnails for videos; or easily add videos in blogs).

The website helps us communicate our values and culture to candidates, offering flexibility within our small team to quickly upload or edit content instantly. What do you like best about Clinch?

The customer support I receive has been great. They work with me to find solutions to meet our specific needs. The features and functionality are great, and we're still in the process of fully building out many of them to take full advantage of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the functionality that I'd like doesn't yet exist, so I've had to come up with some creative solutions to solve some issues, but the team have been great at helping me design these solutions with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're using the Sourcing Board functionality to build out talent pipelines. This is going well, and I'm excited to see it when it's fully operational and automated. We plan to build out segmented communication plans once this is built, to connect with candidates and ensure we have candidates that are screened, ready to go, and ready to fill vacancies as they arise. What do you dislike about Clinch?

Having come from a WordPress environment (with a million plugins and add-ons), Clinch still feels like WP 2.0. It has all the features an EB pro would expect but lacks some of the polish or finesse a standard WP implementation would have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Clinch:

Don't compare Clinch with agency platforms (SmashFly, TalentBrew, Phenom, etc). Clinch is all about giving you the keys to the car, not about being your driver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clinch?

The system is very flexible with toolsets for recruiters and employer branding to customize to their needs. Customer support is stellar, and the support site is beneficial. What do you dislike about Clinch?

I would like more WYSIWYG features in webpage publishing tools, more style, color functions. Better image library features, folders for organizing sets of images. Ability to sort and search imagery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clinch?

Easy to navigate even if you've never used it before. It's ever-evolving as well—plenty of options for automation. The reporting function is also helpful. We only started using the Emails feature and so far so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Better functionality on our careers page as well as CTAs that we can use to capture candidates. There's also the workflows, the newsletter capability and analytics, among other things. The career page is easier to shift and redesign depending on our needs. We have a clearer view of what works and what doesn't, where candidates are landing, and more.
