While I find it fairly easy to navigate the tool's content management system and analytics, I wish that the design and layout could be more flexible (eg., a featured video auto-plays as soon as a user lands on the homepage) with some coding. I believe they have a dedicated Tech team who could help with this kind of nice-to-have if you insist on integrating a more dynamic scrolling experience while maximizing their offering.
Pricing can be quite steep, but Clinch offers several useful complementary features like workflow integration, LinkedIn CRM Connect, and Employee Connections for candidate nurturing. So if you're willing to spare a bit more budget for this and invest your time in managing the system for a seamless candidate experience, it's a worthwhile tool! Clinch is incredibly user friendly and I'm able to make most of the necessary changes on my own, without the support of a web developer. Having explored many products in the industry, I think Clinch offers comprehensive coverage of features for companies who are seeking flexibility in presenting content and setting up automated workflows. It's not JUST a careers website, but an opportunity to pursue and collect leads. I also appreciate the relationship with my customer success team, they are always supportive in providing training, resources and roadmap updates. Not dislike, but would recommend more optimization for rich media formats (for example, unable to choose thumbnails for videos; or easily add videos in blogs).
