Excellent User Interface, Great Feature set.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

I am using Clientjoy for almost 1 year, and the most I like customer support and the Client portal's new feature that we can add tabs that can show any web pages and apps and I like the follow-up emails. Clientjoy will replace sales CRM, proposal/contract, client emails, and Invoicing tools. and custom branded client portal.

In 1 year, they improve a lot. and more features coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

The mobile app, sometimes cannot log in need to be re-installed, and its basic feature, of not adding clients, I believe that'll improve soon because in 1 year time they improve a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

I found that the software was easy to use, focused on client management, and provided clear measures to manage your leads and clients, rather than the usual project management that is not focused on CRM. Clientjoy lets you do Invoices and quotes and soon automate emails, for which many templates save a lot of time. I also found the customer service reliable and noticed that they release updates regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

Although clientjoy includes integrations with major apps like Zapier, Pabbly, etc. I will love to have a direct integration with Quickbooks. I still can work around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

Here´s why i love most:

- Beautiful UI/UX

- Simple to use. Very intuitive yet very powerful and complete

There is nothing that i miss. But i could use TAGS or custom fields in the proposal section.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

It's a free platform to use and has all the basic features needed for the beginners. I like the easy integration with other platform google drive, gmail, google sheets and other bunch of options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

Although clientjoy have everything you need to run your agency. Invoice, proposal, client portal and crm etc.

I am not sure If I dislike anything in clientjoy. I am not going to say it is perfect but it has more features than you expect.
