I am using Clientjoy for almost 1 year, and the most I like customer support and the Client portal's new feature that we can add tabs that can show any web pages and apps and I like the follow-up emails. Clientjoy will replace sales CRM, proposal/contract, client emails, and Invoicing tools. and custom branded client portal.

The mobile app, sometimes cannot log in need to be re-installed, and its basic feature, of not adding clients, I believe that'll improve soon because in 1 year time they improve a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found that the software was easy to use, focused on client management, and provided clear measures to manage your leads and clients, rather than the usual project management that is not focused on CRM. Clientjoy lets you do Invoices and quotes and soon automate emails, for which many templates save a lot of time. There is nothing that i miss. But i could use TAGS or custom fields in the proposal section.

I am not sure If I dislike anything in clientjoy. I am not going to say it is perfect but it has more features than you expect.
