Customer Service on Fleek: Their team is like your BFF who always texts back—prompt, helpful, and always there when you need them.

User-Friendly Layout: Navigating the platform is as easy as scrolling through your Insta feed. No tech degree required!

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

The best thing about Clientjoy is how simple it is to use. When I tried Clientjoy a couple of years back, it was not that mature. Recently I decided to give it a go with a trial once again. I was pleased with its progress. I bought it instantly, and I am now in the process of transferring my business to Clientjoy.

Here are the key things I liked the most:

1: The dashboard is designed brilliantly, and it is easy to monitor your overall business health.

2: The proposal and invoicing features are reliable.

3: All client communication is entirely customizable.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

There is nothing that I dislike at the moment. The only thing I miss is the ability to fully customize the invoice templates. Currently, there are just 4-5 templates for invoices. What do you like best about Clientjoy?

ClientJoy allows me to work fast and without a big learning curve... not only for myself but for anybody working with me... they can be up and running in no time. I love the ease of use, and is not bloated with features I don't need. The best features for a CRM all in one place. And I love the customer service... second to none! It is not a super popular app since they are fairly new but would love to see them grow to be a leading name in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

I love how easy it is to use. The CRM is simplified compared to others like Hubspot. It's easy to navigate and to add data.

It seamlessly turns leads into customers and the automatic invoicing has been a time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

No downsides yet, but I'd love it if I was able to add a new customer from a task I had setup. Also automatic reminders would be great for leads so that I can follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

I've tried many all in one business management platforms and I end up not really using them due to them being not intuitive or missing some thing I need. Clientjoy checks all the boxes for me!
