From the sales side, I really like that you can visualize the activities to be carried out and drag them through a kind of funnel, where you can keep a daily control of what is happening with those activities and thus not miss any follow-up, this helps a lot as a salesperson to have a more realistic view of the productivity being achieved. It also has a lead score system, where leads coming from paid campaigns can accumulate a score depending on the interactions they have and thus indicate whether it is a more or less qualified lead to buy. This score is determined through visiting our blog, interacting on social networks, etc. Additionally, the lead can be subcategorized into cold, warm, and hot. On the other hand, from marketing, it was possible to perfectly connect to the paid campaigns and assign automations for the creation of activities, the registration of the lead's interaction, even a qualification from the sales department that remains in the contact's record.
