The new platform has worsened almost everything.
Price: It used to be the best cost-benefit option. Now they made the mistake of increasing the price by almost 70% compared to the previous Enterprise plan.
System: - Now, every click reloads the page, making the experience a loss of productivity.
- The WhatsApp Business line, when connected, is immediately blocked by Meta (I understand they are not partners).
- The API integration of other functionalities like AI agents for voice (DAPTA) is a nightmare.
- They have two modules that make it difficult to understand where the client is managed: Communication/inbox and Social Networks/social inbox. (clients are constantly confused)
- It happened to me that I loaded a contact, saved it, and due to a failure (I suppose the server crashed) I couldn't find the manually created contact again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
