What problems is ClickPost solving and how is that benefiting you?

A large chunk of analysis and bandwidth goes in deciding the load factor if you have multiple 3PL. By clickpost's allocation algorithm this becomes way easier and in real time basis. What do you like best about ClickPost?

Firstly Clickpost integrates with multiple B2B carriers this has eliminated the need for manual data entry on each carrier's platform.

Secondly Direct Carrier Manifesting Clickpost directly create the manifest on the chosen carrier's system via API. This is the most seamless approach and also can group multiple shipments together into a single manifest, especially useful if you're using multiple carriers or have high volumes. What do you like best about ClickPost?

Clickpost provides a seamless, all in one solution for managing logistics & post purchase customer experience. It has out of the box integrations with almost all shipping carriers. Helps do real-time tracking and now they've released return/exchanged product as well. Clickpost is perfect for D2C brands - helps keep their tech-stack lighter. A great helpful feature for us is Clickpost's customisation notifications. Their support is excellent, very prompt and precise in their responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickPost?

The interface of Clickpost's dashboard could be a bit more intuitive, especially for newly onboarded users. There are some features, such as NDR automation, etc. which require some learning curve. These are minor issues compared to the overall excellent functionality and service they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickPost solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most importantly, it serves as a central point of integration for multiple carriers that we work with. Without Clickpost it would have been a nightmare to handle so many logistics partners efficiently and keep them accountable for high performance. Secondly, it helps us provide an excellent post order experience to our customers by giving them the ability to track their orders real time with every change. Also, now we've started leveraging their automated SMS, whatsapp and IVR calling service for NDR & RTO reduction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClickPost?

All logistics operations and it's related services like NDR, Returns/Exchanges are handled very well in one exhaustive portal. There's a lot of customisation for every feature, which helps in tweaking the solution work as per the business requirements.

Entire order life cycle, starting from forward fulfillment, tracking, customer notification; to returns/exchanges are now handed through one service. It has become such an important tool for our customer support and e-commerce operations teams, and has helped in reducing bouncing between different services.
