What do you like best about Clickback?

It's one of, or maybe even the only, product currently out there that enables you to send cold marketing e-mails.

The support team members are also very friendly/helpful and go out of their way to make sure you understand how to use the platform and have a high chance of achieving good results with it.

Tracking of opens and clicks (as well as tracking for problems such as different types of bounced e-mails) is very detailed which is very helpful for planning future campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clickback?

The platform itself can be slow and it takes some getting used to.

I think it could use a few improvements as well. For example, maybe I just don't know where to find it, but after I've scheduled a campaign it's not easy to go back and check when the scheduled campaign is supposed to go out. When I check the message history, it only shows the time that I told the system to schedule the message, not the actual scheduled time. If there was an easily-accessible calendar or something like that it would be great. Again, this may exist in the platform but if it doesn't it wasn't obvious to me.

It would also be nice to be able edit lead generation lists after import. The system allows you to easily add or remove entries from proofing lists, but not from regular lists. Instead, if you want to add more recipients you need to send to an additional list, or if you want to remove them, you import a suppress list. Again, I may be misunderstanding something here but as far as I can tell this is how you do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes 48 hours to get email deployed. I wish we could find a way to deploy email and see results within few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
