CleverControl is a real gem! As an IT guy, I'm always looking for tools that make my life easier, and this one is a keeper. It's super easy to navigate, and you don't need to be a coding whiz to set it up. Real-time alerts and secure data storage? Check and check.

For me, the user interface in CleverControl is very helpful. It's easy to navigate and to understand the different functions. The automated notifications are also very helpful for staying informed about employee activity. The best thing is surely the customizable features they offer so you can customize your settings according to your specific needs. I find the data visualization features in CleverControl most helpful. I love being able to easily scan and identify patterns in how my employees have been using company computers. This soft saves me much time as it helps me track all my staff members remotely via my iPhone. The soft was rather easy to install and set up. It's hidden from the computer user so it doesn’t distract the employees' attention at work. The features are useful. They include screen monitoring, keylogging, tracking of Internet activity, monitoring USB drives etc. The soft is helpful when it comes to estimating employees' efficiency. It creates detailed reports about their daily activity. The data is represented in graphs, which is very convenient for me. Clever Control is very easy to use: all I needed was to create an account and spend a couple of minutes installing the program on the computers. No need to set up a local server which is a huge advantage. I can check on each of my staff members remotely anytime even if I am out of the office.

The program collects a lot of data about almost every activity on the computer. Besides, I can watch a real-time broadcast from each employee's screen (or all screens at once). All features are flexible, you can enable and disable them depending on your purpose.

The software is very non-demanding, all it requires is quick installation on the computers and after that, I can control everything remotely.

Particularly great I find the live broadcast of both employee’s screen and webcam. It is like all-in-one surveillance. I can see what employees do and connect a webcam to see customers at the same store. It is very good for security.

Worked great for a while then suddenly no data for several months. After going back and forth with their online tech support, they tell me they are having "maintenances". 2 MONTHS later, data started collecting again, however the keystroke logging didn't work. Just got lines and lines and lines of punctuation marks. Around and around with tech support - it takes them 2 days to respond to a ticket. Send bug reports, they tell me it's my computer. Funny but it worked fine at first. Now they say- that I have 7 computers that are causing the problems? very very very frustrating and poor support Cannot recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
