Our business based in Australia were told by a Clerk Chat's third party contractor the platform would work in Australia. After we signed our contract, Alex the Founder of Clerk Chat informed us that this was not the case and apologised profusely. Alex said he could get his team to make this work and estimated a timeline. having dealt with software companies before, I never had faith in any roadmap timelines. But true to his word, Alex delivered a working product, on time and kept us in the loop all the way. I'm very pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend working with this team.
