Clerk Chat is a friendly solution, a full scale deployment without hassle, it's a all in one package that can be easily deployed for any type of customer.
In the 21st century, not everybody will send an email and wait for a day or a few days or response, neither will everybody take all their time to stay in a call in queue longer than what the request requires, being able to text with the business number 10 DLC is a game changer, there is really no additional requirement.
The notion of list, shared inbox, campaign, is a very efficient way for end user to text and handle their exchange.
The automation powered by AI that combines workflow and flow are a proof of the of one of the smart capability that Clerk Chat offers.
The API integration constantly in progress, being able to synchronize all contacts from such a various numbers of CRM and platforms is one of the example of friendly solution that Clerk Chat is.
On top of it, I can say that the solution didn't deceive mostly because of the future options that Clerk Chat behold. The team keeps listening to his partners and customers and often add the improvment required and requested. This simply shows how the solution is customer oriented. I would say that the only negative point currently with Clerk Chat would be in the miscelleanous side, there is still some missing logs or some missing functions that could help partners and customer tracks things or handle some business management task.
For example if a message sent out is failed or if a message sent in is failed, there should be logs for the us to be able to investigate on the reason of it.

It's easy for my team to manage shared inbound SMS to our main tech support line, as well as to manage their own messages. We even have it setup for AI auto-replies in case we can't respond fast enough to an inbound message. At this point we're sending and receiving business SMS daily so it's indispensable. We can easily get to the messages in Microsoft Teams and have it setup to send email alerts if we miss a SMS. Sometimes Teams can be cagey about sending over notifications when we get messages. We've gotten around that by setting up auto-responses and adding in email alerts in case there's a hiccup. It's fairly rare that happens, but one time we missed our messages all day because Teams was acting weird. I think it might actually be a Teams side issue though and not Clerk Chat. My company uses the services 24/7. We support hundreds of customers and need to have a safe, reliable way to get 2FA codes from hundreds of institutues (think thousands per month through over a dozen numbers). The verification process has not been as smooth as anticipated and we've run into some road bumps. There seems to be a bit of an inconsistency as we're getting set up with a number port and sms activation as some numbers seem to not have sms activated immediately. They integrate with teams well. For us the implementation was easy, just took a little bit to get all the numbers assigned to our group. Customer service is helpful when there is an issue they can actually solve.

Our HR department really loves using Clerk Chat for communicating with employees and potential candiates. The integration with Microsft Teams has made Clerk Chat a game changer. It is very efficient to use and easy to setup. This was a big upgrade over Verizon's OneTalk. The templates feature, abilities to enable out of office, and setting up shared inboxes are great.
