Our HR department really loves using Clerk Chat for communicating with employees and potential candiates. The integration with Microsft Teams has made Clerk Chat a game changer. It is very efficient to use and easy to setup. This was a big upgrade over Verizon's OneTalk. The templates feature, abilities to enable out of office, and setting up shared inboxes are great. I like the current variety of features for SMS messaging and I am excited about the additional innovations to come! I do not enjoy the inability to make calls directly from the Clerk app. The service would be even better if calls could be made instantly to contacts in your SMS message threads (similar to messaging & phone calls on traditional mobile phones). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a thousand things that I could say positive about the app. Starting because the employee chat is very friendly and easy to use. I love that it allows users to use their own phone numbers to communicate with clients, it greatly reduces the traffic of questions. It is also integrated with other applications such as Microsoft and Zoom, which makes it much easier for me to connect with the other people in my department. As a marketing professional, I had trouble communicating with my contractors because we used Slack and Teams, but they weren't always online. I spent months looking for a tool to help me send text messages or WhatsApp messages to them so they could log in to Zoom and Google Meets. Plus, Clerk Chat also allows me text my clients that I have on HubSpot CRM.
