The graphs & reports that ClearPoint produces are very helpful visual tools that keep us on track with goals, & the team (specifically Andrew Middleton) have been very helpful in addressing questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little difficult to get everything to appear as I'd like, but the team has helped me resolve some of that. I also don't love how when you open a Measure tab from the Default scorecard page or search for a specific owner, the Default list will reset every time instead of keeping its place. Clearpoint is super user friendly. It doesn't take long to learn how to navigate the application. I am most excited about my personal workspace that will serve as a one stop shop for me. I am excited to the use the AI function for data analysis to help make the best decisions possible. Clearpoint has quickly responded to any requests that we have requested and trained us how to make changes in the future. They individualized training plans for our administrators as well as end users. The training has been beneficial and has our end users using the application within 2 months of launching application. Clearpoint has given us a framework for developing our corporate strategy as well as establishing a current state. My experience with ClearPoint has been extraordinary from the beginning. Two years before becoming a member of ClearPoint's team, the staff continued to invite me to events and treated me as an equal. Then after joining the team, the communication and technical support continued. The City's strategic planning team is now trained and functional within a two-month timeframe. The support system and employees are top-level, always responding very quickly with in-depth answers to issues. If there isn't a solution already available they will do their best to craft one! They have designed the system layout to be nimble and easily re-programmable by Admins. It does what it claims to do and much more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some nagivation issues that add in extra steps unnecesarilly. Updating information sometimes can be cumbersome. There does seem to be some instability issues as sometimes data/reports displayed incorrectly for a period of time and then suddenly resolving itself usually within a few hours. ClearPoint has a fantastic onboarding process that allowed us to quickly import our strategic plan and begin managing it in the most efficient way possible. Our Bank used to do all strategic plan updates manually and through several spreadsheets, and the switchover to a flexible, easy-to-use and automated platform has transformed how we manage our process. The product has a steep learning curve, at least for a user like me who has to navigate a complex strategic plan for my organization.
