The Circuit team are very pleasant to work with, and they provide seamless facilitation for the process of virtual tour building. The team provided training in how to use CMS, which was very comprehensive and afterwards I felt comfortable navigating all aspects of virtual tour building. The CMS is very user-friendly and intuitive to use, and any questions I do have are answered easily by their Help Centre or directly by the team. We also arranged for new photography through Circuit, and the photographer was extremely professional and efficient.

The process of generating tour narration using AI voices seemed daunting at first, but the team at Circuit has some great tools and resources to help create a user experience that is in line with our brand and provides added value for users who prefer an audio guide. It was easy and intuitive to create narration, and if we had any trouble, it was easy to reach out to the support team to get a tutorial or refresher course. With a tour the size of ours, it can be difficult to visualize at a glance how many scenes have translations, narrations, or text descriptions. It helps that the team at Circuit can help handle bulk actions to update features, but sometimes it can be labor intensive to review if all scenes have audio. There were a few minor functional parts of the Circuit database that we did not enjoy when building out the virtual tour. However, we were able to have a post-launch meeting to provide feedback. What was reassuring in the post-launch meeting is that the Circuit team was already working on making the changes we brought up, so their team is very attentive to auditing their work and striving towards continual improvement. We have had a great experience working with the Circuit team. Mariel is very hands on and available to support when needed. Additionally, the Circuit platform is easy for users navigate and has provided an interactive and accessible option for guests to learn about our college in the comfort of their own home. While there are many things I enjoy about working with circuit, it is nice that clients are invited to attend focus groups and learn about new features the team is working on. This virtual tour platform is packed with power and features, yet incredibly easy to set up and maintain. Virtual tours, by definition, require some degree of regular attention to keep them fresh and engaging with your audience. The Circuit platform allows for high quality output without the need for high tech training. We are so pleased that we were able to quickly produce a tour that is customizable by the guest, informative, easy to navigate, and fast loading. We are even more pleased that making additions or updates can be accomplished so easily! Throughout the entire process, the customer support/success teams provide excellent guidance and care. As with anything, being prepared to work hard and pay attention to detail is critical. The power of the system honestly requires a company to know who they are and how they want to portray themselves. So, this isn't a true "dislike" of the system, but it is such a powerful system that laying a solid foundation is extremely important. I think this is a fantastic product for people who aren't able to go visit a school campus! The user-friendly design of Circuit makes it easy to use for both users and back end editors. I love that there are multiple languages you can set up the tours for so we can accomodate more students. It is easy to set up scenes within the tours and place your pins on the maps. The audio is a great bonus to make this more interactive for the users. I am now about 4 months into using Circuit, and Mariel has been amazing assisting me with setting up features and letting me know of new features that are coming up. Not much really, I really enjoy using Circuit! There was a lot of manual, time consuming audio set up at first but I know they have introduced a bulk audio set up recently so I'm looking forward to using that.

This would be a wishlist, but it would be great to see layers in buildings, or possibly 3D, sort of like showing the different floors so the pins that I know are on different levels of a building on the map feel more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stood out to me the most about Circuit is how user-friendly and straightforward the platform was to work with. We've gotten so many compliments from different departments across campus about the new virtual tour. It looks clean, we were able to customize almost everything into our branding, and it's very straightforward for us to continue editing and making changes as things come up. There were a few nitpicks we had about the user experience of the CMS, but we were able to bring those things up with our rep and she assured us that customer feedback is always taken into consideration when rolling out new updates. Circuit Virtual Tours has been a game changer for our online visitor experience and the first of its kind for our University! Combining 360 degree images, photo galleries and videos has allowed me to create an immersive experience for our online visitors, many of who are International.

From day 1, the Production days with their photographers on campus, to online check-ins with the team, to the user friendly CMS, it has been very straight forward & easy to implement . The Customer Service/Support Team is TOP-NOTCH! The Training Sessions have been invaluable and when I needed to refer to any help videos off hours, they were great. Once you get into the rythm of building out your scenes the sky's the limit on what content you can share. This allowed for me to showcase not only our various Spaces on campus but to highlight our Student Experience and Campus Traditions. It allows for tour personalization as well as the freedem and ability to update our content as often as we need. It provides such an impactful way to tell the story of being a Johnny!

In addition, the Map feature has made for an easier visit experience, as we're able to provide directional links to our Visitors in our Registration Confirmation emails. This has spread beyond our Welcome Center and Events as our First Year Students are finding the map invaluable as well. The Self Guided Option has made for an easy to follow experience when we're unable to personally welcome students to campus.

If your a SLATE institution, rest assured that this product has assimilated well with our system and we're able to track activity in a multitude of ways through the extensive Circuit Analytics Dashboard as well as in SLATE itself. The development team is incredibly receptive to suggested updates and I've actually seen topics I've brought to them benefit all users of the product. They are incredibly quick to address any bugs and are consistent in including their customers in focus groups to help shape the future updates of the product. The only downside is that we didn't find this product sooner! If I can provide this advice to new users, follow the lead of the Circuit Team. Utilize their guidance step by step and it will make for a smooth integration of the product into your business process.
