I love being able to keep up with my clients, tag them and see what is happening in my pipline. The phone app makes it easy to check on clients on the go! I am able to call new clients on the road and responded easily to all. No need for a bunch of random numbers in my text list. Cinic takes care of it all. Autotracks help to make sure no one is missed when the pipeline becomes busy. I highly recoomend Cinic!

Only dislike is when I connect with a new client on the phone app, it sometimes still sends out my "attempted contact" autotrack even though I had placed the client as "Contacted". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using the CINC platform since 2013 and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The services and training provided are top-notch, and the leads we've received are consistently high-quality—mostly high-end buyers who often turn into sellers. Customer service has been above and beyond. The initial onboarding process/training was excellent. Honestly, the ability to email my entire database of 30K email addresses will be a game-changer for me. I am excited about this capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have liked more hands-on lead management training to learn how I prefer to learn. To understand the actual nuts and bolts. Having Alex start to conversation to every customer is convenient. He's a great way to break the ice. I wish there was a tab for "notes" in each customers name.. even when I use ther filter I still have to scroll so far down to see all the notes I've written.
