What do you like best about CINC?

They promised to deliver Google and FB leads and they have. They have a great platform for prioritizing your calls. My rep is Nelson. He is always available and always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

Not much to not like other than it is expensive. It has paid for itself a couple times over. With more manpower on my end my ROI would be even higher. I'm working on that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CINC?

You can see all of what the client is searching for. If you learn the system you can profit from it. Do all your work from the website dashboard and do not waiver from this. If you text and email and call from the CINC app, this also helps keep track of the client's actions and what they are doing and how you have communicated. CINC has a help section that has everything you could think of to ask and their support system 800 number is always on hand to answer your questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

Some of the leads aren't serious or are way out in timeframe, but there are also a lot of leads on the platform that ARE ready NOW or very soon and you have to work the system to grab those leads and get them closed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You really have to use the system daily and make the calls. The leads do not close themselves. If you work the system the right way then it works for you. This is really an amazing system and can help new realtors and experienced realtors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've closed 3 homes with CINC so far and also my agents and I are showing multiple clients homes right now. I have been to the CINC university and I've learned so much and it's really benefited.
