What do you like best about CINC?

Customer service is great! Account manager is amazing. We got off to a rocky start with account managers that were not responsive, but in the last 18 months that changed and we have an amazing account manager now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost, but you also get what you pay for. There are several other similar systems that are less expensive but less quality leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our hardest time with CINC is learning ALL the amazing tools within the system. There are so many! It's a good problem to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CINC?

The product provides a workspace for obtaining, cultivating, and closing leads. It takes time and consistent effort to convert the leads over time, but as leads come in my pipeline fills almost automatically. There are short-term and long-term prospects that provide opportunities for "now" business and future business... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

I would prefer higher quality leads, even if it means lower quantity (ie. correct contact information, email verification, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pipeline management is something I'm hoping to improve with CINC...up to now I've had another agent working the leads and it seems all leads have just stayed in the pipeline...hoping to now capitalize on some of the leads, and convert them into sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
