Their support is by far the most responsive and best in the industry. They answer all of your questions within hours, are constantly updating and making improvements, and best of all - they actually listen to their client's needs. The only complaint I would have is that the CRM is mainly focused towards buyers. While it has some tools for sellers, these could be more robust. It needs a refresh. I used CINC for several years, and it served me well in the beginning, and then it was time to move on to something more stream lined - not to mention - less expensive. CINC is like my Grandpa's `1974 Forf LTD. You know there are Porsches out there but the ride is comfortable so you stay put. It is only after moving FROM CINC that you realize how dated it is.
