What do you like best about CINC?

What do you like best about CINC?

I love how it actively tracks what and when the client clicked on something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

I don't like that there isn't a dial phone on there, sometimes i'll mess a VM up and won't be able to reset it by listening to the VM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, just get used to it because it is a great tool. There are many things you can used to your advantage and many ways to learn how to target your audience the right way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CINC?

It's an easy-to-use tool that provides reminders, tells me when I should be calling or if I should be calling anyone at the moment. I can easily manage and send emails, text messages, and even video messages in bulk without doing it at the exact time it needs to be done. Just add a time or a date, then just leave it alone. It also has a website already, so it's not so hard to manage to transfer leads to and from the platform, plus integrates with other apps and services easily! What do you dislike about CINC?

Sometimes, the client's information is confusing, with so many options to choose from. Also, if you decide leads really really fast, they tend to have the notes transferred to a different lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CINC:

If you're looking for an all-in-one tool, then this is definitely the perfect tool to nourish leads, enhance engagement to clients, provide all-out support in whichever field you are in because it caters to a lot of things that cannot be found without providers out there. At the same time, you pay less because you already have a design, tech, and marketing team to assist you without paying for them individually. I'm a very active and busy person, and this tool really works for me. So if your looking for the right tool that fits your needs, I think CINC would make that happen for you, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CINC?

I love that I can keep track of our agent's leads, conversations (email and texts) , send mass communications and pipeline statuses. Monitoring lead conversions, increasing engagement with our leads, and messaging agents within Cinc for updates all help me support our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clients often ask "who is this" when sending texts through Cinc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CINC is most helpful with allowing the many ways to keep in contact with prospective clients. The ease of use of the platform allows you to customize it. I love the exceptional customer service. My representatives have been nothing short of amazing. I love that I can keep in touch with all my clients all in one central location throughout the year(s).
