Learning curve is a bit difficult. Seemed to take more training than other sales softwares I’ve used in the past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cien?

We like that we're able to quickly and easily see all of our open opportunities and more importantly, the ones that are predicted to close this month. The predictions are surprisingly accurate and helps my team with prioritization.

We also like that we can see how much value each sales person has created - it's changed the way we measure employee performance.

What do you dislike about Cien?

We use multiple currencies and the app only provides 1 currency, so the booking values are not always 100% accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cien solving and how is that benefiting you?

We realized quickly that not all of our reps were entering all data that they could have, and since Cien uses past data to form predictions about current deals, our reps corrected their behaviour and are now logging much more data. Now that we have this data, we're able to better analyze how our business is performing in certain areas and whether or not we are able to target new verticals. What do you like best about Cien?

Cien is able to understand our Salesforce data like no own else. Their standardization of our not-always-clean data has helped us identify new markets we were unaware of before. They've also been able to make some recommendations as to how we're handling our data which is saving our employees time and making our data easier to look at. What do you dislike about Cien?

It would be nice if they had an interface that works directly within Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cien solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilized their Data Enhancement Services to help us identify and remove hundreds of duplicate records. Their duplication models seem to work much better than Salesforce's Dupecheck. What do you like best about Cien?

- the daily pulse feature is useful and highly addictive,

- the true pipeline view let's you see leads and contacts even when you've moved from lead based to account based sales and marketing

- you can see the predicted end of month bookings number and critical deals which helps my team prioritize its efforts

- sales rep quality - love it how you can see everyone's exact revenue contribution, from marketing to SDRs to AEs
