I just started using it this week and really do enjoy it. It's very easy to customize your settings to speficy exactly how you want your meeting invites to look. I really do like the calendar integrations as well so you can share it with anyone even those outside your org. It makes it a lot easier to schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer support is horrible. They suddenly add extra fees, doubling the cost without informing about this. Despite three months of continued efforts to resolve this with them they do not reply but just keep sending new invoices. Chilli Piper fills a gap for us that our CRM can't. CP allows us to set up complex rules on our contact forms so that we can redirect our customers to the correct product expert. The CSM support from Shon is top-notch. He explains things clearly and easily, so even if you aren't technical you can understand. I find getting a one-on-one with Shon super easy to walk through any questions I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a bit technical at times (html and java input) but there are good articles to get around that. The Help Centre articles could do with a bit of updating eg. How to set up a queue from start to finish including the inbound router requirements for mapping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to implement. Fair distribution of leads to the Sales area. The frequency of use is daily in our company, we have not had any bugs in the system to date. A great integrator Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Despite the Easy implementation, it has small difficulties in being intuitive. For each new employee we need to assist him in using Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to set up and use. I was able to set up several meeting types within a few minutes. If you need to make changes, it is intuitive to figure out the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have only found one thing I do not like about Chili Piper. When you send the link out the guest form "invite additional guests" section is not super user friendly. I have had customers email me saying they are only able to add one other email address here. I know that if you hit enter you can type in multiple email addresses by repeating these steps but many users may not know to do this automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chili Piper is smart, easy to implement and impacts our business even when we're closed for the night. With Chili Piper, I'm confident that demos booked on our website are properly routed and will convert better than our previous methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a tool that delivers on it's promise, but more importantly they have the resources and desire to make sure you're onboarding correctly and are set-up for success. This is what made them stand out from competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were promised, OOTB, the functionality of what was at the time a new feature in development: Distro. This compelled us to initiate the contract, and to go from an in-house solution to leveraging Chili Piper.
Heading into renenwal a year later we were told that there was nothing that could be done about this, and we were forced to expand on our existing contract to leverage Distro.
Difficult situation for both parties, sure. But I do think more could have been offered or done to remedy this significant misalignment. An expensive one at that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love the fact that Chili Piper integrates seamlessly with Google and Salesforce. It makes it so much more convenient to schedule appointments for clients, regardless of their location or time zone. The integration also allows me to see my meetings in advance and I can easily share screens with up to multiple teams each week - something many of my clients have come to appreciate thanks to its efficiency! What's more, when a meeting is scheduled, a quick summary is displayed to ensure everything is documented correctly, making life easier for me as the booker/scheduler, as well as for the people I book on their behalf. I don't like how difficult it can be to integrate software with CRM systems. Thankfully, Chili Piper has made integrating routing software much easier, thanks to its team of experts and customer success professionals who have worked with countless companies in the past. If you find that their easy-to-use UX/UI is something you struggle with, but still want to use this service, take advantage of what Chili Piper's Customer Success team has to offer to make your transition easier. The lead routing is pretty robust. Lot of features and options to configure to just the way you want. Once set up, it can be pretty easy set-it-and-forget-it outside of reporting. Customer support has been pretty posivitve and responvie Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX is a little clunky and setting up AND/OR logic to lead routing has virtually no safe-guards for easy-to-make mistakes. The process on the front end can run a little slow which is not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
