What do you like best about Chattr?

We were struggling recruiting and the competitive labor market we faced after the pandemic and was introduced to Chattr. Partnering with Chattr was such a positive step for our company as the AI technology with the bot questions greatly saved our Hiring Managers much valued time in the recruiting process and the statistical results prove it works! The implimentation was seamless, we have an amazing team that we meet with monthly (thank you Michael!) to brainstorm on best practices, and Chattr continues to help us maintain a competitive edge in our industry. What do you dislike about Chattr?

Honestly it is hard to find any issues with Chattr. It does take some time and committment to understand the reporting features to keep a global perspective on how your account is doing overall. Having the monthly meetings with Chattr helps us understanding the statistics so we can respond to the market accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chattr?

It simplifies the hiring process. Our recuiters can easily show up to work and find more qualified candidates already on the books within their calendar thanks to their AI and calendar syncronization. We are currently using ICIMS which is a very robust system. We have a lot of moving parts to our business however this is a great layer on top of our current ATS to bring in quality hires. Customer service is great. Michael Nordberg and the rest of the team are super responsive, professional, and wegenuinely enjoy meeting with him and his team members. They have made a lot of improvements for us within the past year so they are really listening to our feedback which is great! We've come a long way with them. What do you dislike about Chattr?

We have to use two separate ATS platforms right now. We looked at integration however we were not confident and didnt want to spend the money required by both systems. Would be nice if the candidate received text cancellations when we close jobs (they do provide email cancellation notifications though so thats good). Reporting could be easier to navigate / view. Wish it had a lot of the features ICIMS has bc we would potentially switch! Chattr makes it so easy for end user to apply and we have a lot of labor positions so this system is very easy for them to start the application process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chattr?

It does everything BUT meet the potential hires in person, and as a busy entrepreneur, finding time to do the important clerical work ON TOP OF the day to day is one of the largest struggles, and this all but eliminated those woes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chattr?

Chattr is very user friendly; there's little to no room for errors or mistakes to be made with an applicant. It has multiple features available to make the screening process efficient. There's multiple tools for analyzing and sorting data that may need pulled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chattr?

There isn't much to disklike about Chattr; I do wish there was an option to insert a second interview for candidates. There's some other small bugs here but the team is amazing at fixing those as soon as they hear about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chattr?

Chattr turned our hiring and staffing situation around. Our pool of applicants had literally dried and when we began using Chattr our applicant stream changed within days. We are now fully staffed and have not been staffed properly since the pandemic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chattr?

There is no downside to using Chattr unless you don't like having a regular stream of applicants or don't like daily updates for those who have applied or don't like an easier application process or don't like having applicants prescreened automatically before they schedule their own interview with you. What do you like best about Chattr?

I like their chat feature, and now they have a new AI chat feature that I am eager to try. They are always ready to help when I have questions. The website layout is also very intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chattr?

I'm a big, big fan of Chattr and how easy it has made the hiring process.

The last time my location was hiring, before my company adopted Chattr, was a nightmare. We were booked out several weeks for interviews which caused us to miss out on great candidates. Individually contacting each applicant and scheduling took up most of our day, which led to many admin tasks falling behind.

We're hiring right now. It's my first experience with Chattr but I'm very, very impressed. It has made the entire process so much easier, primarily with qualifying candidates and scheduling interviews.

No longer is my day taken up by scheduling interviews. Chattr just tells me when an interview is scheduled with a qualified candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
